For the third Pure Conscience installment, label heads Esvogt, Oliver Schädel and ADM team up with techno heavyweight PVS for a sweat-inducing V/A. The four-tracker is a collection of uncompromising peak-time techno cuts, and a soothing, down-tempo closer to offer some relief.
The EP kicks off with ADM’s ‘Stamina’, a true warehouse stomper that combines fierce leads with pounding drums and rattling percussions. Strokes of white noise alongside piercing claps and rides give the track maximum tension, perfect for dance floor mayhem.
Next, Esvogt makes his debut with ‘Aventar Algo’, a true adrenaliser from the dark side. This late night cut is an affair of propelling Detroit-style drum textures, razor-sharp hats and one shots, and spooky analog synths, all uniting to form a relentless forward-marching techno trip.
PVS delivers the third track of the EP with his version of ‘Stamina’, taking the original to yet another level of drive and energy. Layers of sturdy drum rhythms make the foundation for this machine-powered club weapon, only to be peeked by groovy, chopped up synth work that appears out of nowhere.
Oliver Schädel closes the collaborative EP with ‘Equo‘, a tranquilizing journey through multiple sonic dimensions, exploring gently unfurling melodies, intricate metallic percussion hits, and a slowly advancing acid immersion that completes the piece.
